1. Nature of Our Platform

JapanDriverConnect is an independent online marketing and directory portal. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or transportation carrier. Our service allows international travelers to submit free, non-binding transport inquiries to independent, licensed commercial chauffeur operators (Green Plate / Midori-Nanbā) in Japan.

2. Free Inquiry Service

Submitting a request on our website is 100% free of charge and creates no obligation to book. We do not collect credit card information or payment for transport services on this website.

3. Direct Contracting with Transport Providers

Any transport contract, agreement, pricing, schedule, or payment is negotiated and executed directly between you and the independent commercial transport operator who responds to your request. JapanDriverConnect is not a party to any contract established between passengers and drivers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Because we do not provide direct transportation services, JapanDriverConnect assumes no liability or responsibility for:

• Driver performance, punctuality, or flight delay accommodations.
• Vehicle condition, accidents, personal injuries, or property damage during transport.
• Pricing disputes or cancellation disagreements between you and the transport provider.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
