From Passengers (B2C): When you submit an inquiry form or confirm your request via WhatsApp, we collect personal information necessary to connect you with chauffeurs, including your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, pickup/drop-off locations, luggage requirements, and language preferences.

From Driver Partners (B2B): When you apply to join our network, we collect company/driver name, contact information, vehicle details, commercial licensing credentials (Class 2 License), and Green Plate registration proof.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Lead Matching: Passenger travel inquiries are transmitted to verified, licensed commercial transport operators so they can provide direct quotes.
  • Verification: Phone numbers are verified via WhatsApp/SMS to prevent fake submissions and ensure high lead quality for Driver Partners.
  • Communication: We use your contact details to send operational notifications, inquiry status updates, or customer support responses.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Passenger inquiry details are shared exclusively with verified, Green-Plate commercial transport operators in our network to fulfill requested trip quotes. We may also share data if required by Japanese law or law enforcement authorities.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is processed securely through encrypted connections and stored on restricted cloud systems.
